There are officially no perfect brackets left, and most people are lucky if their national champion hasn’t lost yet. Yes, it’s been a wild NCAA Tournament so far. UMBC, a 16 seed from the America East Conference, made history on March 16 when it knocked off No. 1 Virginia, the first time in NCAA Tournament history that the 16 beat the 1 seed, and it was accomplished by such a low seed. March madness is here and its killing all of us. We had high hopes for our brackets and look where that got us, it’s over. Syracuse and Loyola Chicago are still in the hunt. But let’s give Loyola some credit; they have Sister Jean on their side, and she is talking to the big man up upstairs. This has been the most unpredictable year in college basketball, but it has been great to watch. I’m hoping for a big surprise this year from Loyola Chicago.

As you can see my bracket is gone.
