Milwaukee Brewers

Written by Matthew Sherlock

The Milwaukee Brewers are coming off of a great season. They made it to the National League Championship Series with a team that most people counted out before the season even started. The fans were not expecting the Brewers to be as good as they have been this season. In the off season, the Brewers resigned catcher Erik Kratz who played outstanding in the postseason. His stats in the regular season were somewhat disappointing, but he came in the clutch when it mattered most. The Brewers resigning Kratz is a big plus for the brewers heading into the next season. The Brewers are also looking to resign Short-Stop Jonathan Schoop who was acquired in a trade with the Baltimore Orioles. Schoop effectively played well when he was with the Orioles, but when he was brought into the Brewers system he was not very effective. Despite this, the Brewers have stars such as Christian Yelich, Lorenzo Cain, and Ryan Braun.

The 2019-2020 season is going to be a good season, because now are young core knows what it feels like to be deep into the post season. The NLCS should be the goal for this team because it is very possible the Brewers could win the World Series.
