Seven Problems of Staying Up Late

First, gastrointestinal problems occur.

People who stay up late deprive the gastrointestinal tract of rest, thus leading to peptic ulcers, duodenal ulcers, functional dyspepsia, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and so on.

Second, it induces cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

When staying up late, people are in a state of tension and are unable to relax. This causes abnormal vasoconstriction. Blood pressure is higher than normal. It is easy to induce high blood pressure or aggravate the condition. Now,  incidences of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases increases. 

Third, it increases the risk of cancer

Staying up late will disrupt the levels of endocrine hormones, which will cause abnormal cell metabolism and affect the normal division of human cells. This leads to cell mutation, and increases the risk of cancer.

Five, it harms vision.

Day and night are equal to overloading the eyes. The damage to the eyes not only created”panda black circles”, but more importantly,  staying up late overloaded the eyes and leads to loss of vision.

Six, it increases insomnia and depression.

Staying up late hurts the body. Many young people do not sleep at night and are sleepy during the day. Neurasthenia, depression and other problems can occur.

Seven,it can create serious skin damage.

Irregular sleep and stress can affect the endocrine metabolism. This causes skin loss and easily leads to wrinkles, dull skin, long acne, dark circles, and more.   It is especially worst after makeup is worse.
