Dealing with Stress and Growth (For Exams)

Flowers in a garden cannot grow without water and without being taken care of. So, why would you expect for yourself to grow without properly taking care of yourself? You as well need to be taken care of. Mental and Physical Health are very important to your growth process.  In order to grow, you need to make sure that you are making an effort to better your demeanor and attitude. Make sure that you’re not taking on more than you can handle. It’s okay to ask for help when you need it. Also, you’re going to be stressed. To lighten the load, relax. Take a break out of all your hours of studying, to do something that you actually enjoy. Lastly, remember that you’re not always going to have everything figured out; and that’s okay. Don’t be too hard on yourself. While your personal growth is not always going to be an easy process, it is also a learning process; and that’s important for you to remember.
