The most expensive pizza in the world is the Louis XIII from Salerno, Italy costing $12,000. The pizza for two is only 8 inches and takes 72 hours to make. The dough is made from organic Arabian flour and dusted with Australian sea salt. The pizza is topped with 3 types of caviar, buffalo mozzarella, 6 other assorted cheese, and lobster from Norway and Cilento. It is prepared at your home by three Italian chefs.

The type of wax used is carnauba wax, the same type that’s used on cars. That’s something to think about the next time you eat a fruit snack.
America’s favorite flavor of Skittle is strawberry, the red one. The red color makes it so appetizing, but you might be surprised to learn what the dye is made of. The red dye, carminic acid, is made from the crushed bodies of a beetle called dactylopius coccus. “This acid is used in maraschino cherries, strawberry and raspberry flavored candy, and lipstick.” Scientists still debate if this red dye is as harmless as companies want us to believe.
